Application: The grouting plug is widely used in hydro fracture hole sealing, grout injection and gas drainage at coal and iron mines.

Application: The grouting plug is widely used in hydro fracture hole sealing, grout injection and gas drainage at coal and iron mines.
Usage Instructions:
1. Connect all pipeline system and fasten the air source or water pump, and then insert the grouting plug at the hole opening or a steel pipe with the other end sealed, to test the pressure and to check the connectors for leakage. After that, put the grouting plug into the hole for future use.
2. Open the air cylinder or water pump to let the expansion plus expand slowly. Mind that the inflation pressure must be greater than 2/3 of the grout injection pressure, and the grout injection may be started when the preset pressure is realized.
3. After the grout injection operation is started, when large amount of grout overflows from the return outlet, increase the pressure slowly to the preset grout injection pressure,otherwise, large pressure difference may be produced. During the grout injection process, regular inspection should be made to the cylinder pressure, and replace the cylinder when the pressure drops.
4. Since the grout injection takes a long time period, attentions should be paid to channeling, blockage and backflow phenomena, if such phenomena occur, the grout injection operation should be stopped and the pressure should be released. Then loosen the inflation plug to protect the plug from being blocked and stuck.
5. After grout injection operation is completed, release the grout injection pressure and then release the inflation pressure to prevent grout ejecting at high speed and causing accidents.
6. After the grout injection operation is completed, put the grout injection plug into a steel pipe with the other end sealed, and then inflate the plug by 0.5 Mpa and clean the plug by

8. When grout injection is carried out simultaneously at several holes, all pipes should be arranged in rows and should not be twisted with one another, in order to prevent accidents and impact to operation at other holes.
9. After the plug is being in use for a long period, the plug should be disassembled from the lower end to clean and to apply grease.
10. If long cracks or fracture is detected in the hole, they may cause channeling, blockage or backflow. In such cases, another air supply pipe should be connected to the upper end of the grout injection plug. When channeling, blockage or backflow occurs, high-pressure air may be used to clean the plug and protect it from being blocked.
7. After the grout injection plug is taken out, connect the water pipe with the grout inlet and return pipes to clean them.
8. When grout injection is carried out simultaneously at several holes, all pipes should be arranged in rows and should not be twisted with one another, in order to prevent accidents and impact to operation at other holes.
9. After the plug is being in use for a long period, the plug should be disassembled from the lower end to clean and to apply grease.
10. If long cracks or fracture is detected in the hole, they may cause channeling, blockage or backflow. In such cases, another air supply pipe should be connected to the upper end of the grout injection plug. When channeling, blockage or backflow occurs, high-pressure air may be used to clean the plug and protect it from being blocked.
